  • Account Registration Rules: All customers need to complete real and valid account registration to place orders on our website. Any order transactions generated under the registered account shall be deemed as personal operations of the account owner, and our store will not be responsible for losses caused by personal password leakage.

We do not guarantee that all products are 100% suitable for every customer’s skin type and physical condition.
  • Order Modification & Cancellation: Customers can modify order information or cancel unpaid orders freely. For paid orders that have not been shipped, free cancellation is supported within 24 hours after payment. Once the order enters the packaging and shipping process, cancellation is not supported, and customers can only apply for returns after receiving the goods.
